Phases A ➔ G: Platform Foundations
Deployment of the universal campaign engine, shared Firestore memory namespaces, centralized orchestrator, and real-time SSE (Server-Sent Events) reactive streaming on demand.
Phase L: App Container & AppPlugin Loader
Decoupling the platform into 3 application shells (MyAgent B2C, MyBusiness B2B, MyHome B2H). Configuration of dynamic bootstrapping using the APP_TYPE env variable and agent personality isolation.
Phase M: Per-User Plugin Dynamic Loading
Support for dynamic multi-business routing. On-the-fly lazy loading of business plugin bundles (@business/guitar, @business/tenders, @business/culinary) upon user authentication.
Phase N: Google Workspace Orchestrator Modules
Hybrid integration with Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs) via the Node SDK googleapis. Replacing proprietary storage with user-owned accounts and a unified workspace UI.
Phase R: Tenders V2 & Multi-Agent DCE Workspace
Major expansion of procurement and bid monitoring. Deployment of 4 specialized AI agents (Analyst, Legal, Writer, Verifier) collaborating to analyze PDF construction specs and co-write proposals.
Phase T: Team Collaboration & ReBAC Rules
The collaborative killer feature (Notion-like workspace). Adding multi-user B2B organizations, resource sharing with granular ACLs (private, org, shared), and Stripe seat billing (per-seat pricing).
